Service Description

New moons mean new beginnings. With the energy in Virgo and the Earth element in Chinese Medicine we can anchor in and cultivate new routines to welcome more abundance in our world. However the trick is in calming the mind enough to focus on our daily tasks. The Earth element is associated with the mind and many of us in the Western world struggle with this “monkey mind”. The busyness that keeps us unrooted and unfocused. When we have too many thoughts running through our minds we often can experience digestive upset or dysfunction (how are you digesting your experiences?). Together we will focus on calming the mind to make way for ease and flow in our daily lives, anchoring it through Acupuncture and Breathwork.
