We are guided into stillness and to embrace the wisdom that this elemental season supports. Rather than pushing our bodies to move in excess in the peak of winter, we may harness the inward nature of this season for a deep inner reflection. Embracing the journey within, to witness ourselves fully, with compassion and truth. In order to make the shifts and changes necessary for a new cycle and new version of yourself, we must first bear witness to all that needs tending to within. This evening will be focused on nourishing your vessel, tending to your inner world, letting go of what no longer serves you, honoring how far you've come and where you are headed, while filling a depleted cup from a busy holiday season.
