Our earth element is our foundation, grounding and rooting us into stability. As we harness the sweetness of the earth season we can learn to linger in the bold and rich sensations. One of the biggest challenges we face with the earth element is an overactive mind. This elicits the question: How are you digesting your thoughts and emotions? The emotion of worry often creates digestive upset and disharmony in how we breakdown and absorb our nourishments.

During this ceremony we will focus on softening the mind and coming back to our “centre”, utilizing chanting, conscious breathing, acupuncture and more!
