The Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a powerful moment to step into our own expansive radiance. In Chinese medicine, this is the time we shift into the Fire element, the energy of the heart, joy, intimacy, and authentic connection. It invites us to open, to engage, and to delight in the richness of community and shared experience. Join us for a carefully curated, heart-opening gathering featuring auricular acupuncture, conscious connected breathwork, ceremonial raw cacao elixir, journaling, movement and a light seasonal meal with a delicious Vegan/ GF desert. An invitation to connect, to laugh, to share, and to bask in the warmth of community. Come as you are, and let your light be seen. No experience required!
